Archbishops Mansion bed and breakfast in San Francisco, California image
Stay and enjoy! The elegant Archbishops Mansion is part of scenic San Francisco, California.

The Archbishop's Mansion is a beautifully restored 'Belle Epoque' mansion that is furnished throughout with wonderful antiques, including an original chandalier from the movie set of "Gone With the Wind," a beautiful mirror belonging to Mary Todd Lincoln and Noel Coward's Bechstein baby grand piano.

Accommodations consist of fifteen guestrooms and suites, each named after an opera. All rooms are individually decorated in period antiques reflecting the theme of each opera. Many have working fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs and all have private baths.

The canopied King and Queen beds are dressed with crocheted lace coverlets, fluffy duvets and hand-sewn decorative pillow shams; and the full private bathrooms are fitted with antique wood or marble vanities and are stocked with luxury spa products and Kimono-style bathrobes. Each guestroom also includes the following amenities: • Deluxe continental breakfast delivered to your room each morning, along with a copy of the San Francisco Chronicle. • An invitation to the General Manager’s wine & cheese reception in the Mansion’s Parlor each evening. • Cable television, VCR, CD player, phone with data port and in-room honor basket. • Free parking in our private lot, on a space available basis.
